We wanted to take a minute to update you with a few current prayer needs. We realize that your partnership in prayer is key in bringing forth God's will and kingdom here in Guatemala and in the life of our family.

Prayer Needs:

·         - Continued health of our family. Specifically for stomach problems (reactions to foods, bacteria, parasites, virus, etc) .

·          -We are in need of someone(s) to help keep our kids on an ongoing basis. Lori and I normally have ministry related events when our kids are out of school and it is important to have a reliable and flexible person to help that can speak a little English. We are also praying about hosting a young adult to help from the States during the months of August and September. We will be hosting many teams during this time and it would be extremely helpful to have someone here to be available to help with our kids when needed. We would like to have someone that has a real heart for our family and someone we can pour into as well. They may also want to study Spanish or some type pf Art here.

·          -For our children as they adjust to being in school, making new friends, and being in Guatemala without family.

·          -We would like to relocate closer to our ministry base soon. We have found it challenging to live a good distance away from the ministry center especially when we are hosting teams. We also would like to lower our rent to help with our monthly expenses. We have currently been looking in the neighborhood near the ministry base and we haven't been able to find anything in our price range that is a safe place for our family. There are houses in this area and honestly we need a miracle to be able to get a place in this area that will accommodate our family. We are making our requests known to the Lord and we are believing and uniting together with you that we will be in exactly the place The Lord wants us to be.

·          -We could also use your prayers as we complete the majority of our language school in June. We are doing good most days, in life and in school but sometimes it is really hard. Our children also need your prayers and the more they learn the easier it is for them to adjust to their new life. Speaking Spanish is vital to our ministry and family and we would like for you to join us as we continue to believe to learn Spanish supernaturally.

·          -For Lori and I, April 24 - May 3, as we help our ministry host the annual medical/dental campaign in Quiche, which is about 5 hours away from where we live. Brinson will go for about 4 days and then Lori will go for about 4 days while our kids continue in school. This is an amazing time when we have doctors come from all over the US. This event puts the Love of Jesus on display in an amazing way and we are believing for many to come to faith in Jesus Christ.

·          -As we help with our youth center in Jocotenango. We are in leadership here and are ministering to hurting youth regularly. We are beginning to disciple youth and leaders. The youth center is doing well and many youth are growing.

·          -Lastly, our family is making plans to visit the States June 25 for a few weeks to spend some time with family and friends, and to share with others about our ministry in Guatemala. Just simply agree with us for the will of The Lord to be done!

Thanks so much for your partnership in prayer as we follow the will of the Lord here in Guatemala
